Founded in 1971, Neblett Property Management, Inc. provides high-quality home rentals and property management solutions to tenants and owners in North Texas.

As a locally owned and operated business, we take time to work with every one who calls or steps into our office. Our owner, Mike Neblett, is a proud Denton native and University of North Texas alumni who values kindness, integrity, and hard work. By taking an invested, hands-on approach, we build trust, create personalized solutions, and ensure that every tenant, owner, and property is cared for to the best of our ability.

Above all, we take pride in getting to know each tenant and owner personally. We value our staff, clients, and projects highly and strive to provide the highest standard of service. Our Homes

We manage apartments, duplexes, houses, townhomes, and homeowner associations throughout Denton County and North Texas. We currently have about 200 units under our care. Our residents include students, professionals, and families.
